The Greene County Republican Party has a new Party Treasurer. His name is John Langenderfer. He is a fresh, new face to the party leadership. He graduated from Beavercreek High School and Miami University with a Bachelor of arts in Political Science, Cum Laude in 2002. He graduated from the University of Dayton Law School where had a Presidential Scholarship. At the University of Dayton, John served on the Student Bar Association and was a staff writer and Editor for the Law Review.
John works for Surdyk, Dowd and Turner law firm in the area of general defense litigation. His responsibility for the Greene County Republican Party will be to keep the check books for the party and to file all the necessary reports with the Board of Elections. This is a very important responsibility.
His father was a dentist in the US Air Force, and his mother taught at Ferguson Middle School in Beavercreek.
John hopes to attract other young people to the Republican Party. He hopes to provide an example of how the idealism of young people is reflected in the party's principles. We are very pleased to have this young man step forward and accept this commitment for the Greene County Republican Party.
